This product is a full container of acetone, it is not an empty can. We offer professional-grade acetone for general cleaning and solvent needs in bathtub, tile, and countertop refinishing. Many refinishers use acetone for equipment cleaning, thinning certain materials (when compatible), or light wipe-down applications.
That said, acetone flashes very fast and can sometimes create smearing or cooling effects on certain surfaces during wipe-down prep.
If your goal is final surface preparation before coating, you may want to consider SWAT – Solvent Wipe All Traces, which is specifically engineered for controlled evaporation and contaminant removal without the rapid flash and surface cooling that acetone can cause.
